Backbone Security Solutions provides electric fencing installation and maintenance, CCTV systems, gate and access automation, security guarding, alarm systems, and network infrastructure services in the Gqeberha metro and surrounding Eastern Cape areas.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change without notice after the validity period. A signed acceptance of quote is required before work commences.
A deposit is required before commencement of work as specified in the quotation. The balance is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing.
All installations carry a 12-month workmanship warranty. Equipment warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Warranties are void if the system is tampered with or maintained by a third party.
Electric fence Certificates of Compliance (SANS 10222-3) are issued by an independent registered third-party assessor at R1,000. This is quoted separately from installation so certification remains impartial and verifiable.
Backbone Security Solutions is registered with PSIRA, registration number 4716856. All security guarding services are provided in accordance with PSIRA regulations.
Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for consequential loss arising from system failure beyond our reasonable control.
